Joshua Paul founded Voola Global on a simple observation: most of the technology we use every day is measured by how long it holds our attention, and almost none of it is measured by whether it actually brought anyone together.
He has spent his career at the point where operations meet software, building systems that turn messy human coordination into something dependable. Voola is the fullest expression of that work so far, a company built to make connection the outcome rather than the by-product.
He leads Voola Global from the belief that a good company is judged by what it removes: the waiting, the distance, the intermediaries, and the quiet sense that access is a privilege rather than something ordinary.
